Change of Mind – Store Credit We want you to love your Xayesta purchase! If you change your mind, you can return full priced items for store credit only. To be eligible: Items must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached. Items must be in their original packaging. Your order confirmation or receipt must be provided. Store credit will be issued as a digital gift card to your original email address. Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Starting a Return To return an item, email us at [email protected]. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your item. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Faulty or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review your item and, if approved, provide a replacement. Please note that damage caused by pins, steamers, or improper handling is not eligible for a replacement. Colour Accuracy We take care to display our hijabs as accurately as possible, but colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and screen settings. If you’re unsure about a colour or shade, contact us before ordering.
